Size guide
We mainly use Scott bikes and they size up larger than some other brands. The size you book may not be the same as the size you ride at home.
47cm - 151 cm to 158 cm
50cm - 159 cm to 164 cm
52cm - 165 cm to 171 cm
54cm - 172 cm to 179 cm
56cm- 180 cm to 189 cm
58cm - 190 cm to 194cm
60cm - 195 cm to 199cm
Whats included
Your bike will come equipped with –
- 2 x water bottle cage
- 1 x pump
- 1 x seat pack
- 2 x tyre levers
- 1 x inner tube
- 1 x puncture kit.
We do not supply water bottles, please bring your own or we will have some for sale.
We do not supply any tools, please bring your own. We advise you have at least an allan key tool.
Tube size is 700 x 28- 32 presta if you want to bring some spares
Delivery and collection
For security reasons your bike must be stored with us overnight. please arrange transport to and from your accommodation
Your bike will be delivered Saturday 24th April to the event hub from 10am onwards
This is the time to fit pedals, race number and any other parts required.
The bike will be stored with us overnight and will be in position on race day for you to collect just before your start time.
Please provide your booking confirmation on arrival.
Return your bike to the event village atfer your ride on Sunday 25th April .
Please ensure all personal items, including pedals, have been removed.
Delivery and collection costs are included in the hire price.
Refunds and cancellations
Refunds will be offered up to 31/3/2027 minus 25% admin fee.
No refund will be offered after this date ,we can only offer a transfer to next years event.
Bike Spec

We use Scott Speedster models and the come with -
aluminium frame
carbon forks
Shimano 2 x 10 mechanical gears
Disc brakes
32 mm tyres with tubes
Helmets and spd pedals
Helmets and spd pedals are available for hire for a small additional cost.
They must be pre booked. Three spd options are available.

Helmets are £5.00 and spd pedals are £10.00.
We have a wide range of helmet sizes but if you have specific size needs we advise you to bring your own.
The bikes will come as standard with flat pedals if no other option is pre booked.
Please bring your shoes to bike set up to ensure they fit and you have ordered the correct pedals
Pricing
The hire price is based on a 2 day hire @ £ 45 per day. = £ 90
This is a comparable UK day hire rate for an aluminium road bike.
